How we helped Auckland University of Technology (AUT) identify and develop six priority organisation-wide capabilities through a facilitated workshop, resulting in executive-approved scorecards and alignment with strategic goals, enhancing both student and staff experiences.
AUT is New Zealand’s third largest university in terms of total student enrolment, with approximately 29,100 students enrolled across three campuses in Auckland. It continues to transform into a leading educational institution where students and staff thrive. Setting and evolving its strategic direction has been part of the ongoing work from the leadership team. Strengthening and broadening the current capability work by HR Teams was needed to advance organisational wide capability expectations in line with the strategic direction.
Facilitate a workshop across representative groups to review and identify new priority organisational-wide capabilities. Present these to the executive team for sign off and develop the scorecard for each capability.
